Our clients needed a targeted outdoor campaign to promote the all new Dakota (a midsize truck with oversized capability) while also taking a swipe at an imported competitor they wanted to take down a few notches.
We were tasked to produce a single TV spot to support the all new Ram Bighorn edition truck, a full-size badass boosted by a HEMI V8 and a slate of special additions. Our brilliant creative director found the opportunity to tell a larger story featuring more vehicles and sold-in 3 spots for the price of 1, then challenged us to come up with hard-hitting ideas that could be produced on a tight budget under some very limiting parameters. For the 2 spots I was a part of we brought high-energy, lots of muscle, a well-placed horn beep, and a legend from the past. And our client was really happy with just how we brought it.
When timelines and budgets are tight, it’s all about what you can do with what you’ve already got. For the Truck Month sales promotion we reached back to our childhood to creatively repurpose and re-cut existing running footage for this nostalgic promo spot.

When it came time for the legendary Grand Cherokee to claim new ground, we ditched the dirt for the pavement and were rewarded with a very happy client. And an Orange County Ad Award.
For the Extreme Jeep Snow Event promotion we needed a memorable and easy to implement point-of-sale kit and TV spot for the dealers. So we hit the slopes for inspiration and created a series of oversized lift tickets, complete with giant zip ties and dealer lanyards that anyone could install on a door handle in seconds. For the TV spot, we knew we needed custom footage to tie it all together but had no budget at all (including any additional talent fees.) So we got resourceful and contacted our colleagues from Detroit to piggy-back off an upcoming shoot. In the end our client got a spot tailored to our promotion for $0 additional spend, and we were able to forge new relationships along the way.

For the launch of the Mercury Marauder, the client wanted a dealership piece for the consumer that could tie-back to the Marauder’s legendary racing heritage and muscle car appeal while also speaking to its sleek, dark, and intimidating new look. The result was a z-fold book piece that united the past and present in a unique and compelling way that was recognized for its creativity and earned an Orange County Ad Award.
